Twitter

Thank you for visiting the Newcastle upon Tyne Community First Party twitter page. Our Twitter account is run by volunteers so we may not always be available to respond to tweets.

We will try to tweet regularly about our activities and campaigns we are supporting, so that those who follow us on Twitter can be the first to learn about our latest news.

Retweets

Our retweets indicate an interest in the contents, usually because they provoke thought, but any retweet should not be seen as agreeing with the contents of any particular message. Indeed, on occasions, we might retweet something that we do not agree with.

We may occasionally be asked to retweet content from other Twitter users. We will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis but will generally honour those from affiliated organisations.

Direct Messages

We welcome feedback and ideas from our followers. However, we are not able to reply individually to all messages we receive via Twitter.

People We Follow

If you follow us, we will not automatically follow you back. We will follow organisations and individuals but following a Twitter account does not imply endorsement of any kind by the Newcastle upon Tyne Community First Party.

Media Enquiries

Our Twitter stream is not intended to be used by the media to contact us. If you are a member of the media, you should contact us directly.

Facebook

These principles also apply to the management of our Facebook page.
